• The role of the Beauty Consultant is focused on offering an excellent service to customers; achieving or exceeding personal sales targets; presenting the image of Elizabeth Arden and achieving a high standard of performance in all areas
• Approach every customer with an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude
• Plan on counter events on a regular basis, inviting new and existing customers to attend by appointment
• Arrange event and on counter activity to ensure business plan is delivered
• Make sure the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence
• Provide regular feedback to your Store Manager on issues effecting business performance in your store
• Comply to the uniform and grooming standards outlined by store management

• 1-2 Years experience in a retail sales environment
• Experience selling cosmetic products preferred
