• Financial Planning & Analysis of Global Fragrance Category.
• Analyze and report on brand financial results.
• Monthly analysis on Gross Margins and marketing support spend.
• Month end account analysis for corporate spend along with monthly reviews of results and development of forecasts.
• Development of three year financial plans for new brand launches and brand extensions.
• Tracking monthly performance vs. budget targets and prior year actuals on key metrics through scorecard process.
• Assisting in the development of the annual budget.

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years financial analysis experience with a consumer goods company.
• Strong Financial Modeling Skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Strong people collaboration skills.
• Hyperion, Discoverer and Microsoft Access skill a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interaction with senior management.
• Must be proactive and able to perform requirements with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel).

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred.
