Main Areas of Responsibility:
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of presentations.
  • Assist Marketing in placement and tracking of collateral.
  • Assist Marketing with the production of the bi - annual sell book.
  • Assist Sales in sending the sell book to all clients once its prepared.
  • Prepare, coordinate, schedule and arrange conferences, meetings, appointments and special projects for the department; assist others in the division of those tasks, as needed.
  • Assist both the Marketing and Sales department with the shipments of needed materials to clients as well as the ordering of goods necessary for the department such as client gifts and supplies.
  • Run Business Objects reports as requested by Sales Managers
  • Support in training and promotions coordination.
  • Maintenance of the Customer stores/Photos/BPI/assortment/plannogram and transparency master file.
  • Liaison between General Manager and Sales Managers who are traveling offsite.
  • Maintain sales files, such as door reports, retail sales reports, event results per launch.

Qualifications:
  • Some experience in Sales and/or Travel Retail preferred.
  • Must posses the ability to multi-task in a fast paced Sales environment.
  • Must be able to work well with all levels of employees.
  • Must be organized and able to work independently.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Must have 2 years of administrative experience.

Education:
  • Associates Degree preferred.

Travel Requirements: 25%
