Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Maintain Elizabeth Arden's Promotional Tracking System for item, customer, and quantity updates.
  • Work directly with Canada, Puerto Rico, and DSFG Field Directors, Planners, Trade Marketing, and Senior Management to manage the DSFG Promotional Business including new launches, sets, GWPs, and collateral.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets in Excel including weekly promotional tracking reports, Preliminary Allocation files, and promotional forecasting grids.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze initial Promotional/Launch allocation templates, as well as recommend/determine allocation methodology (sales history, tier coding, etc.) by item.
  • Work with Roanoke Customer Service/Logistics Teams on customer order status including allocations, reserves, shortages, backorders, substitutions, revisions, pricing, shipping, etc.
  • Review and reconcile promotional and no cost items with Demand Planning and Trade Marketing.
  • Generate Change Request Forms for saleable DSFG seasonal promotions.
  • Prepare and update DSFG pricing groups and price lists.
  • Assist Field and Roanoke Customer Service and Logistics teams with system kick outs, item set up, and logistical information.

Qualifications:
  • Should have 3 years experience in sales administration or sales operations role.
  • Experience with Consumer Products company preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess the ability to work well with all levels of employees.
  • A strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.
  • Must be assertive and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Needs to be able to analyze sales data and suggest business-driven ideas.
  • Must posses the ability to multi-task in fast paced sales environment.
  • Must have an advanced understanding of Excel (formulas, conditional formatting, vlookup, macros, pivot tables, and working with large datasets from multiple sources).
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to manage projects from conception to implementation.
  • Must be extremely organized and able to work independently.

Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related field required.
