Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Review team's work and provide strong art direction on a day-to-day basis to articulate Elizabeth Arden's brand and business visions.
• Execute designs, from concept to finish
• Ensure that goals and objectives are met on time and within budget
• Partner with Creative Director to develop and execute short-term and long-term creative strategies
• Stay in tune with competitive landscape and emerging trends
• Design larger special projects as appropriate
• Mentor team members, monitoring their development and growth, giving feedback, both positive and constructive, in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 7+ years working in a creative agency or in-house creative department
• Experience with Beauty or Luxury products is a must
• Experience in branding a must
• In-depth understanding of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent in experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with minimal direction, showing strong initiative.
• Hands-on designer with an unsurpassed attention to detail
• Ability to navigate a fluid, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities.
• Clear and concise communications skills. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

Education:

• BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent in experience
