Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Work in accordance with Global Marketing for the disbursement of innovation and brand information to the affiliate marketing teams.
- Create and maintain master schedule and analysis of launch briefs and planning.
- Liaison between affiliates and supply chain on the execution of promotions, out of stocks, STT dates and innovation needs. Coordinate merchandising guidelines and distribute plan-o-grams.
- Update and monitor Innovation tracker on a monthly basis.
- Assemble competitive retail pricing information and analysis as needed. Distribute public relation kits (press releases, CDs, etc.) and track needs to each affiliate.
- Execute forecasts and distribution of comps, lab samples, sales initiatives and special project needs.
- Key contact between Markets and Creative Services team for the execution and trafficking of Creative Requests for launches, innovation, in-store tools and campaigns, advertising, event materials, ektachromes, collateral and all creative/art needs.
- Process and route creative requests to creative department daily. Maintain log and adherence to request dates while monitoring and coordinating in accordance with brand directives and creative services requirements.
- Provide markets with weekly update and verification and maintenance of tracking system. Continuously follow up with creative to ensure market deadlines are met.
- Receive Global Education materials including but not limited to: seasonal, basic or innovation information and tailors and distributes to the affiliates depending on needs.
- Use Business Objects and Insight informational tools to prepare forecasting, sales and shipment reports. Utilize data resources such as NRI, Euromonitor etc to compile market research and analytics for market strategic initiatives.
- Maintain shared drive for communications and relevant information. Facilitate communications with internal support groups to ensure sales and marketing objectives are executed and STT/Launch requirements are met.
- Work with management in the administration and execution of Red Door Spa marketing programs and account administration.
- Assist in seasonal presentations, creative needs, shipment and budget monitoring, royalty and retail sales review and operational requirements.
- Provide administrative support including extensive travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Two to 3 years previous Marketing or relevant experience a must.
- Excellent communication and process skills.
- Experience in planning and implementing promotional programs.
- Excellent technical skills, in Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe and Internet.
- Must be proactive and able to see the big picture while being detail oriented.
- Must possess superior organizational and follow-up skills.
- Must have strong financial and analytical skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
