Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop, communicate and update Promotional and Launch fact sheets; Maintain and update regional marketing calendars
  • Participate on special projects including new product development initiatives and promotional initiatives
  • Manage international requests, including ordering and distributing new product launch comps, lab samples and first production pieces
  • Coordinate input of creative requests with Managers and ensure all requests are completed within designated timeframes
  • Participate in global/regional bi-weekly meetings; � Participate in global development and promotion meetings including follow up correspondence
  • Marketing point person for PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinate and maintain meeting calendar; Coordinate conference room and meeting set up, including comps, displays, ads, etc.
  • Collect, organize and maintain all competitive ad binders/boards and products
  • Manage creation and updates for global skincare and region-specific PPRs (e.g. Walmart, etc.) product launch PPRs
  • Partner with Global Fragrance team to review fragrance research on regular basis and share implications with team
  • Create and maintain a competitive fragrance library for use by the team
  • Manage and consolidate all pricing information from markets & regions; Research pricing for ad hoc requests from global marketing
  • Manage and update all product development feedback; Manage all creative requests
  • Maintain files and pictures of global distribution, counters, animations, etc.
  • Participate in new product and promotion brainstorming and concept development

Qualifications:
  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience (internship experience will be considered)
  • Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills essential (strong written, verbal and presentation skills)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and PC skills - especially PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interactive experience highly desired

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
