Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide support to the Marketing Manager on Curve and Usher fragrance brand projects.
• Lead all promotional gift set development and execution, including cost and margin analyses, artwork development, regional communications, and project management.
• Lead internal and external marketing team meetings to support Curve appeal marketing programs.
• Manage all sampling and merchandising needs, including fragrance and creative development, cost analyses, and project management.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate a passion for the beauty industry and marketing.
• Experience managing cross functional teams in executing key marketing initiatives and timelines with proven results.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment, with strong sense of urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to identify opportunities and issues from various data sources
• Strong interpersonal skills: approachable, easy to engage and enjoys engaging with others.
• Willingness to learn, intellectual curiosity, and ambition to succeed and perform
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• 3-5 years experience with demonstrated job advancement/promotion with at least one company.
