Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Prepare and Review Monthly/Quarterly P&L projections.
• Justify month end balance sheet positions.
• Ad Hoc reporting.
• Assisting in the development of the annual budget.
• Tracking all actual expenses against approved budgets.
• Preparing monthly commentary to explain variances to budget and prior year.
• Reviewing and justifying all inventory spending and related accruals relating to global inventory.
• Analyzing and reporting on new turnkey initiatives.
• Supporting Supply Chain management with financial analysis and reports.

Qualifications:

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years financial analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and Access).
• Hyperion skills a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interaction with senior management.
• Must be proactive and able to perform requirements with minimal supervision.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly.
• Ability to work extended hours during month, quarter, and year-end financial closings and budget planning.

Education:

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance.
