Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Work in accordance with Global Marketing, Sales/Sales operations, Demand planning and Finance groups on planning, driving and tracking new launches, STT's and seasonal promotional programs to include basic, promotions, collateral, testers and gifts with
  • Promotional Allocation Worksheet (PAW): Manage, track and reconcile PAW for respective business tier. Work in accordance with sales, sales operations and finance for a monthly reconciliation of the PAW promotional expense tracking vs. fiscal budgets, fo
  • Provide forecast recommendations for new launches and seasonal promotions based on analysis of sales performance and budget requirements. Provide rollup analysis of forecast vs. budget vs. LY.
  • Work in accordance with respective Global marketing groups to plan and execute go to market plans for new launches and seasonal promotional programs based on trade requirements. Includes: promotions, in-store visuals, advertising, ad coop, public relat
  • Events and Education: Responsible for developing and managing events with the retail development team. Includes forecasting, managing budget and executing all elements to the field. Interfaces with Retail development, Global marketing and supply chain t
  • Monthly review of Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) report to identify and recommend items that can be utilized to reduce excess inventory. Interface with Sales, Global marketing and sales operations.
  • Manage all account in-store visual and advertising requests/needs. Includes coordination with supply chain, sales teams and trade marketing. Includes coordination of: ad copy & layout, hi-res images and advertising requests/comps, case line schematics,
  • Create and manage the development of all account sell in materials for new launches and seasonal promotional including: Account presentations, Promotional Side by Sides, Season at a glance, Planner sell sheets.
  • Monitor in-store competition, conduct store visits and provide key new launch/seasonal insights/key learning's. Track retail sales performance and NPD to monitor progress of new launches.
  • National Sales Meeting, Seasonal Sales Planning Meeting, and Post Holiday Meeting: provide support in the planning, tracking and executing of meeting requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Strong creative flair
  • At least 6-7 years experience in a corporate marketing, sales or retail planning environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Highly flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to foster critical thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to assess larger trends against current and future business performance.
