Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Prepare Sales Presentations for Salesperson: Customize account specific Promotional TY/LY presentation and Create Promo summaries.
  • Retrieve, generate and monitor customer reporting as well as communicate directly with customers for cost changes, transmissions problems, order status issues, and supply issues.
  • Complete necessary front-end paperwork when setting up new items and new customers such as Price Lists, Cross Reference, Substitution and New Account Sheets.
  • Coordinate New Account Set Up with all EA Departments (EDI, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Logistics, etc.).
  • Fill out and complete Customization Requirements Form for all necessary accounts.
  • Update New Item Planogram Listing and send to Director of Coordinators on a monthly basis.
  • Generate No Charge orders for respective accounts and generate reserve requests and maintain reserves when asked (if applicable).
  • Collect data from Cat Man and customer databases and format sales reporting.
  • Send Value label information to Planning/Purchasing for development/purchase.
  • Maintain New Item Tracking Grid for Internal Target team found on the Shared Drive (involves comp dates, image dates, etc.).
  • Monitor on pack transitions by providing item listing to Roanoke for their follow through.
  • Coordinate tester shipments for displays.
  • Manage order tracking and vendor report card updates through Target's POL system.
  • Communicate with the CSRs and/or Roanoke team in regards to Order Status - Backorders, PRs, Kickouts, Substitutions, Net price changes & Retail price changes.

Qualifications:
  • At least two to three years of relevant Sales/Merchandising experience. Target experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

Education:
  • Must have a High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
