Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Works directly with all Brand Planners, Distribution Planners, Distribution, 3P Manufacturers, and Customer Service.
• Supervises the creation of the schedule, coordinates the flow of work and materials within or between departments and contractors to expedite production.
• Revises schedules according to M.S.P and M.R.P., established priorities based on availability or capability of people, machines, equipment, parts and materials.
• Coordinate with DRP planners to determine the Customization staffing based on forecast/volume, sales order demand, and distribution picking plan.

Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience in the functions of material planning or work order planning/ scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office [Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Prior experience in leading teams to maximize employee performance.
• Formal training with a planning organization a plus.
• Proven ability to problem solve, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Excels in both verbal and written communication with strong analytical skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Capability to thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment.
• Abilty to work and deliever under tight deadlines.
• Foster a growth-oriented, collaborative work environment.
• Strong problem solving skills.

Education:

• College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
