Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Reporting to the Supervisor of Business Systems & MDM (Master Data Management), the Data Control Specialist for Business Systems & MDM will collect, review, and input data into multiple computer systems to ensure effective ERP system processes.
• The Data Control Specialist will partner with various internal departments to ensure that internal and external customer requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or its equivalent. Prefer Bachelor's degree in either business, operations management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of JDE, JBA, and EDI Process Flow. Customer and Item Master knowledge is desired.
• Knowledge in MS Office Word and Excel, in addition to MS Outlook. Training in MS Office Access highly beneficial.
• Prefer prior experience or training in Project Management techniques and methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Initiative to identify problems and opportunities; works with team to develop potential solutions.
• Must possess organizational skills critical to effectively managing objectives and commitments within accepted time frames and hit deliverables.
• Willing to work overtime and mandatory days set forth by the organization on short-notice.

Education:

• High School Graduate or its equivalent. Prefer Bachelor's degree in either business, operations management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
