Main Areas of Responsibility:

• 1. Key aspects of Financial Reporting for Elizabeth Arden Canada, including
• a. Review & maintenance of the Trial Balance
• b. Journal entry generation, including required back-up analysis
• c. Profit & Loss (P&L) accruals
• d. Variance analysis for all P&L lines and corrective action as required
• e. Generation of Revenue Recognition analysis in order to ensure GAAP compliance
• f. Balance Sheet analysis & review, including generation of accrual justifications, and
• g. Freight & Distribution savings monitoring (new Third Party Logistics supplier)
• h. Support for updating of Actuals results into Planning files,
• 2. Support the growth & development of the Canadian business
• 3. Support for the Budgeting & Forecast planning processes,
• 4. Supporting the updating & maintenance of Hyperion Planning & Management Reporting,

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance or Business
• 3 - 5 years accounting/financial experience, including trade spending experience in a CPG
• Professional Accounting Designation, or in progress, strongly preferred
