Main Areas of Responsibility:

• The Distribution Planning Manager will lead an efficent Fulfillment Planning and Scheduling Process in which Best In Class customer service is delivered and the facility efficiencies are maximized.
• The key objectives are to create, develop, manage and oversee a planning and scheduling process while maximizing order fill rate within the Arden DC and outside warehouse locations.
• The position will serve as the key liaison between Supply Chain planning, External Manufacturing, outside Warehouse locations, Export Customer Service, DRP, Export Packing and Distribution Operations in the execution of customer orders.

Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5 years working professional with 2 years in Operations or Distribution Planning.
• Prefer formal training within a Planning Organization.
• Excels in both verbal and written communication.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Prefer 2 years experience in Project Management, or structured Problem Solving Methodologies with proven results.
• Prior experience in leading teams to maximize employee performance and engagement by capitalizing on each employee's unique differences.

Education:

• College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
