Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Act as a liaison between the customer and Elizabeth Arden to facilitate and find opportunities to reduce or eliminate unplanned dilution of sales.
  • Reconcile current customer requirements versus their previous requirements identifying changes within the account via written guidelines, electronic notifications, Internet, etc.
  • Evaluate and identify any root causes that do not enable the customers to recognize our product, shipments or data correctly.
  • Real-time communication with the customer to ensure that the most recent shipments are compliant.
  • Ensure timely corrections are implemented before additional shipments transmit in the same manner.
  • Establish time line for compliance of these issues; detail the action items and owners along with completion dates as agreed. Advise the customer of the expected dates to obtain extensions and charge back exemptions until such time.

Qualifications:
  • College or University degree or a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Seasoned Vendor Compliance Manager that has mass retail experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Must have full understanding of EDI, ASN, shipping and routing instructions in order to proactively communicate with all internal and external customers.
  • Must possess detailed knowledge of JBA, R04, Showcase Query, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

Education:
  • College or University degree or a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
