That company, which pioneered the American beauty industry with innovative Red Door salons and cosmetics, today operates in more than 100 countries around the world. Yet, as it has grown, its founder's unique vision to partner science with nature in order to develop a customer's finest natural assets has also developed into something much larger with the potential for even greater impact.

Our social responsibility efforts focus on two specific areas where we have already had an impact: causes that seek to benefit women, including promoting self-confidence for those afflicted by cancer, as well as innovative programs that expand educational opportunities in public education for young people.
