Main Areas of Responsibility:
  • Conduct in depth Operational Audits of chosen Turn Key Suppliers establishing MAP (Management Action Plan) as appropriate.
  • Conduct in depth Operational Audits at key Component Suppliers; include transfer of specifications and standards as appropriate from component supplier to Turn Key EMM. Establish and monitor MAP as required.
  • Conduct in depth Operational Audits at key raw material and bulk suppliers, including transfer of specifications and standards as above. Establish and monitor MAP as required.
  • Work with Quality Systems Manager to ensure System and External Manufacturers are driven to levels of excellence in all aspects of manufacturing, filling, assembly and component control.
  • Work with Specification Control Manager to ensure proper and complete understanding and implementation of specifications and associated changes.
  • Develop Fill & Assembly Specifications for EM. Actively Monitor the Change Control Process with specific EM.
  • May be called upon to provide assistance in establishing item reference standards and to clarify any questions at the External manufacturer.

Qualifications:
  • Education: BA / MBA In Quality / Chemistry / Chem Engineering or Microbiology in addition to Business Management
  • Experience: minimum 8 - 10 years in related Consumer Goods / Regulated Industry preferred
  • Certifications / Training: ASQ recommended, cGMP and Auditing Training
  • Computer / Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint preferred.
  • Must be self motivated, have strong analytical skills, capable of significant multitasking.
  • Must be customer oriented.
  • Must be results oriented.
  • Must have investigational skills.
  • Significant travel may be required.
