Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Promotional Allocation Worksheet (PAW): Manage PAW for respective business tier.
- Work in accordance with Sales/Finance on planning, driving and tracking innovation and promotional programs to include collateral, testers and gwp's - increase/decrease forecasts as needed.
- Management of D/S, Corporate Account promotional forecasts for Juicy Couture, Usher, Liz Claiborne.
- Provide Recommendations for sell in based on sales analysis and budget requirements. Provide analysis forecast vs. budget.
- Enter and manage monthly promotional forecast file for all Brands insuring appropriate cadence and delivery.
- Communicate all promotional item, upc, retail, net pricing set-up/changes to respective Account Planners.
- Events and Education: Responsible for developing, forecasting and executing all elements to the field. Interfaces with E&E Teams.
- Initiate all Creative requests for D/S accounts including: ad copy & layout, hi-res images and advertising requests/comps. Case Line schematics, Visual requests, etc.
- Manage PPR process for D/S accounts.
- Work in accordance with sales and finance for a monthly reconciliation of the PAW promotional expense tracking vs. fiscal budgets.
- Manage NPD Reporting.
- Monitor in-store competition, conduct store visits and provide key new launch/seasonal insights/key learnings.
- Preparation of all seasonal Account meeting presentations and promotional preparations. Interface with Global Marketing on needs.
- Develop account product launch presentations. Create and manage the development of seasonal promotional sell book/Season at a Glance.
- Work in accordance with respective Global marketing groups on innovation and promotional programs.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required.
- At least 3-5 years experience in a corporate marketing or sales environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
- Highly flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to foster critical thinking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to assess larger trends against current and future business performance.
- Strong creative flair.
Education:
- Undergraduate degree required.

- This position reports to the Director of Trade Marketing. This position will be based in our Stamford, Connecticut office.
